Piltch Services is committed to providing the highest levels of service and quality to residences. Stan Piltch, the owner, has 50 years of experience, having started when he was 11 and eventually putting himself through college as a contractor. The company has two areas of focus.

Insurance Damage:
If your home is damaged because of things like a storm, broken pipe, fire, fallen tree, etc… Piltch Services will clean and repair the damage. As importantly, Stan will help you navigate the insurance process so you maximize your claim in order to bring the house back to, and often better, than the way things were before the damage.

Home Remodeling:
​We renovate kitchens, baths, finish basements, tile, paint (interior/exterior), etc… Virtually anything you need done to your home/property is something we have an expertise in. Additionally, we work with realtors and investors to help owners sell their properties and/or move in.
